Faith Sense

For several years I lived in the small South Texas town of Alvin. It is a nice little community in which to raise kids. So I was sickened and saddened this week as a story unfolded about a little boy whose body was found dumped on Galveston Island. The investigation led to the police believing that the boy's dad had killed and discarded the four month old. Today we found out that the way the child was killed was by having his father stomp his head four times, till he felt the skull crush.

For the past couple of weeks, there have been no binoculars or telescopes left for sale in Stephenville, Texas. That is because of the report by about three dozen citizens of the town, just south of Fort Worth, of an unidentified flying object.
