The last three weeks I have been trying to help a couple who has been dealing with addiction problems for many years. They are each approaching 50 years old. They want, I believe, to get clean. But they are so demanding and their stories keep changing and it is very hard to know where to stand with them. I am trying, but it is draining.

One of the harshest realities of our society today is the number of young people addicted to drugs or alcohol. And the plague does not only strike those that are in ghettos or in poverty centers of the nation, it strikes all levels of society.
