A Night To Honor Israel

There is a Washington-Israel Summit of Christians United For Israel coming up quickly. The dates for this third annual meeting are July 21-24. On the 22nd there is a special banquet set, being called “A Night To Honor Zion.” On that evening there will be a nice dinner, but the real feast will be the speakers, which will include, John Hagee, Senator Joseph Lieberman and Ambassador Sallai Meridor.

One of the sponsors of the seminar is Zion Oil and Gas, a U. S. corporation that does exploration for oil and gas in Israel. Those interested in knowing more about the company can go to the Zion Oil and Gas Website for information.

Cards Direct

There are many good reasons for Moms, and any one else that likes to express their love, to buy birthday cards from Cards Direct. What mom would not benefit a great deal by saving the time it takes to go to the card shop or department store for just the right card for her loved one? And what mom would not enjoy the savings that are realized from making her purchases through Cards Direct? Or which mom would not like to send a high quality card that had been personalized just for her, so that the sentiments expressed are the perfect ones for her loved one?

The answer, of course, is that every mom would like to have a few extra minutes in a day to catch her breath and a few extra pennies in her purse, especially when it does not detract from her purpose. Another benefit of buying from Cards Direct is that stocking up on cards makes sense, as there are discounts for quantities purchased.

The selection of cards offered by Cards Direct is substantial. My favorite card is the elegant looking gold filigree birthday card. It presents the greetings with a touch of class!

Cliffside Malibu

Seeking a rehabilitation facility for a loved yourself or a loved one should never boil down to level of seeking an over night accommodation in a hotel, but simply using a facility because of its proximity to your home or because it most easily fits your budget. A better procedure, in my humble opinion, would be to seek a facility with a treatment philosophy that utilizes a comprehensive plan that includes detox, individual as well as group therapy methods, treatment for depression, and alternative medicine. Such a facility is a Malibu drug rehab center called Cliffside Malibu.

Once the patient is accepted into the rehab program, he or she is given a primary therapist who will manage the treatment from beginning to end. Cliffside Malibu has definite and measurable objectives and policies for their rehabilitation programs, each of which you can find on their website, cliffsidemalibu.com.

There you will be able to see pictures of the facilities and the surrounding views and landscapes, that add to the comfort and attitude of the patients. Comfort and attitude help the patient overcome the natural discomfort that is a part of drug rehab. Also on the web site you can read articles and testimonials that help you come to trust the facility has been successful. And there is probably no more important aspect to the success of the program than the trust of the patient!

ChatterJam.com

Many times it seems that the individual Christian can make very little difference in his own little neighborhood, much less the direction of society as a whole. But ChatterJam.com offers an opportunity for those who enjoy telling their friends and family of products and services and opportunities. You can become a Jammer, entitling you to free products and services to check out. You would then write reviews that help set the course for the product or service. You benefit the company and the consumer.

Austin

The University of Texas is a huge school in the central Texas area, The city of Austin is also the seat of the state government, so there is always a high demand for apartments in Austin TX .

When my nephew chose to attend the university, he had to find accommodations. He did not know anyone in the city, and he did not want to drive around the city trying to find a suitable apartment that he could afford. That is where Simple Search Apartments.com came in to save the day. They helped find the right place, and saved him money.

Alcohol Rehab

The road to recovery from drug or alcohol addiction is not easy. And if the one who is addicted is not committed to the recovery, the process is all but impossible. That is why it is so important that a Alcohol Rehab center have a caring and dedicated staff and provide an appealing environment that aid in drawing the addict to the necessary commitment.

Today the best facilities for alcohol rehab are places that do not make the staff to be the adversaries of the patient, but rather work together with him or her to address all elements of the addiction. Fortunately there are a growing number of such facilities.

Health insurance

As a minister in a congregation that is not a part of any denominational organization, I am not eligible for group rates on my medical insurance through my work. The cost of personal insurance policies is so high, I am constantly on the look out for a more affordable rate that will provide me and my family with the coverage we need. Kaiser Permanente health insurance plans are available for small businesses, groups and for individuals and families like mine. They can give quotes in almost any state in the Union. If you are like me, you should give them a look.

Oak Pews

We are so excited at the congregation where I worship. We have been expanding the auditorium for worship, from 450 seats to 900 seats. We have new windows and new carpet and some wonderful newoak pews that really look nice and will no doubt last a long time. We will get to worship in the expanded for the first time this Sunday, after nine months of worshipping in the fellowship hall while the remodeling work has taken place. We have had to had to hold two services and sit in folding chairs. We are so happy that the work in done!
