A Feather for Neauveau Riche U

It is quite a feather in the cap of Nouveau Riche University to have been featured in the cover story on the January issue of Graduate Riche’s Your Business At Home magazine! The periodical is a wonderful resource for those who are trying to begin or improve an at home business, with input from such respected writers as Suze Orman, Tom Hopkins, and Stephen Covey.

Nouveau Riche is a real estate college that provides instruction in courses like Leasing Options, Tax Strategies, Foreclosures
and so much more. They have a lot to offer those who really want to build a nice career.

Retiring to the Hill Country

I am going to reach sixty years old if I make it to the middle of August. Thoughts of retirement come to my mind almost every time I see a television ad or receive a mailed flier about Texas hill country real estate like Eagle Mountain Reserve. I think how nice it would be to live on a mountain overlooking Lake Buchanan in a master planned community. I think that is close enough to Austin and good medical care I might need in my old age. And it is close enough to my kids and grandkids that I could see them when I needed to. It could only be a few years away from reality now.
